Please note that under Australian law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty. However, we take pride in our quality control and ensure that our items meet our high standards before they are listed on our website. Therefore, we do not expect any faulty items to make it to our customers. If, by any chance, you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you.
Please be aware that our handmade items will differ in height, colour, texture, and other characteristics. Please ensure that you're satisfied with these differences before making a purchase, as they are not considered faulty.
We understand that purchasing online can be daunting, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have before making a purchase. We are more than happy to answer your questions and ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, after receiving your item/s, you're unhappy with them, we will accept your return - within 7 days of receiving the item/s. Please contact us to arrange the return before starting the process. Please note that the cost of return postage is your responsibility, and you need to ensure that the item is packaged correctly for safe return. We recommend tracking the item and adding insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items due to inadequate packaging or transit handling.
Once we receive the item in its original condition and packaging, we will refund your purchase price, minus the cost of shipping you paid for your original order. However, if the item comes back used or damaged, no refunds will be given.
