Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me via email (hello@mitracreative.com.au) or phone (0424 668 040) at least 7 days prior to class commencement to receive a full refund or class credit. 
• If cancellation notification is received less than 7 days, but more than 72 hours prior to class commencement, a partial refund is issued (cost of the class minus $40 fee).
• If cancellation notification is received less than 72 hours prior to class commencement or you miss your class, no refunds or class credits will be processed.
